Bought a second car, used and inexpensive. Drove it off the lot and a tire pressure sensor alert came on. Called in to my sales person Charles S. the same day. He assured me service department will take care of that for me. Brought to Janesville Subaru service dept not only were they prompt polite and informative they fixed that tire sensor and upon checking the others replaced those too. They were functioning but on there way out. No charge. Even washed it. Can’t say that I agree with the $400 automatic service fee for the passive theft thing they do when you buy a car but the Service dept earned an A+ with me. All in all a great experience.
